When do I need to book my hotel room by?
If using one of our hotel blocks (Duniway or Dossier), please book no later than August 7, 2026.
Are children allowed?
We are happy to include your little ones, provided you keep a close eye on them. Our reception venue is a greenhouse with some expensive plants and furniture. To fully enjoy the party (and open bar), we'd recommend leaving children at home if you can.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our venue is pretty intimate, so we're unable to accommodate plus-ones unless noted on your invitation. We hope to see you there.
Are pictures or videos allowed during the wedding ceremony?
We would like for you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We will have two professional photographers and a videographer capturing all the important moments. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain tucked away until the ceremony conclusion!
What is the parking situation?
Final parking details are being finalized and will be posted on the Logistics page as soon as they are confirmed.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony if I am not taking the provided shuttle?
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, so we ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of time to allow for parking and finding your seat.
What time does the reception end?
Our reception will end at 11 PM and shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotels at that time. We hope you will stay with us to party until the very last song!
