Travel and weekend planning

We put this page together so you can plan quickly: where to stay, when to book, and how to move between neighborhoods and venues.

Hotel Block

Where to stay

Note: Our room blocks are reserved for September 18–22, 2026. If you need to extend your stay beyond these dates, please contact the hotel directly and mention you're booking with the "Koym + Varghese Wedding Room Block" to receive the discounted rate.

Shuttle

Wedding transportation

To make celebrating as easy and seamless as possible, we have arranged a shuttle to transport guests throughout the wedding day:

  • To the Ceremony: The shuttle will arrive at The Duniway at 2:55 PM and depart promptly at 3:10 PM. It will arrive at Dossier Hotel at 3:12 PM and depart promptly at 3:22 PM.
  • Between Venues: Following the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up at The Aerie at 5:30 PM and arrive at Blockhouse at approximately 6:06 PM for cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
  • End-of-Night Returns: The early shuttle will arrive at Blockhouse at 9:45 PM and depart at 10:00 PM, arriving at Dossier Hotel at 10:08 PM and The Duniway at 10:13 PM. The final shuttle will arrive at Blockhouse at 11:00 PM and depart at 11:15 PM, arriving at Dossier Hotel at 11:23 PM and The Duniway at 11:28 PM.

Please plan to be outside and ready to board 5–10 minutes prior to departure times.

Parking

Driving and parking

Overnight parking is available at The Aerie; however, please do not arrive before 4:00 PM. Street parking near Blockhouse is limited, and overnight parking is not available there.

We strongly encourage guests to take the shuttle or use Uber or Lyft so everyone can safely enjoy the open bar.

Getting Around Portland

Transit, rideshare, and neighborhood travel

Public transit

Portland's TriMet network (MAX + bus + streetcar) is reliable for most city routes and airport transfers.

Rideshare and taxis

Rideshare availability is strong in central Portland and around most hotel districts.

Walking + weather

Plan for mixed conditions and bring a light layer, especially in the evening between venues.
